Athletics Staffing

and Consultants

ABOUT US

Athletics Staffing and Consultants (ASC) assist conferences, colleges and universities with executive searches and consulting services.

Our expert consultants provide colleges and universities with a wide range of search opportunities from:

  • identifying a list of recommended candidates to conducting the entire search

  • from identifying prospective employees to assisting with negotiating contracts.

Our firm specializes in finding conferences, colleges and universities the proper staff fit and bringing a diverse group of candidates to the search process. ASC consulting services consist of feasibility studies, strategic plans, compliance reviews, NCAA/NAIA reclassification studies/transitions, conference membership options, Title IX reviews, conference digital networks and fundraising strategies. Our experts have been the conference commissioner, athletics director, and/or coach who has experienced the very issues that many manage on a regular basis.

MEET THE TEAM

We formed Athletics Staffing and Consultants because there is a need for a firm that is dedicated to diversity, and whose staff had personal experiences in dealing with the challenges associated with recruitment and hiring.
